Windsor sisters, Carol Engelmann and Jane Garibay purchased the Beanery Bistro as soon as it became available and re-opened the restaurant on June 13, 2005.
Together they are a powerhouse of business and food service management knowledge with over forty years of experience between them.
The menu is staying with its fun and quirky theme with sandwich names like "Veggie Explosion", and "Ham It Up" with some personal specialties added. The gift selection includes an exclusive line of greeting cards, books and mugs as well as candy and snacks, great for gift baskets!
The Beanery is an environmentally-aware company, often choosing biodegradable paper goods rather than styrofoam, even when the cost is much higher!
The Beanery Bistro in it's new location at 55 Palisado Ave, Windsor. Bringing the Beanery to Barts allows the customer more choices in breakfast dining, such as the gourmet coffees and baked goods the Beanery is known for. In addition an expanded lunch menu complements the daily specials already served at Bart's.
