Windsor sisters, Carol Engelmann and Jane Garibay purchased the Beanery Bistro as soon as it became available and re-opened the restaurant on June 13, 2005.
Together they are a powerhouse of business and food service management knowledge with over forty years of experience between them.
The menu is staying with its fun and quirky theme with sandwich names like "Veggie Explosion", and "Ham It Up" with some personal specialties added. The gift selection includes an exclusive line of greeting cards, books and mugs as well as candy and snacks, great for gift baskets!
The Beanery is an environmentally-aware company, often choosing biodegradable paper goods rather than styrofoam, even when the cost is much higher!
